New Teams and Playoffs
Views: 825
So the teams coming down the Championship are settled.
Rotherham and Huddersfield we've played before in the league but Birmingham City we've only met once in that famous 0-2 victory at their place in the FA Cup run back in 1997.
Stockport, Wrexham and Mansfield all coming up that we've played before and no-one new for us in the playoffs.
Who would prefer coming up from MK Dons, Crawley, Doncaster, and Crewe?
Personally I'd love to see Doncaster come up after their run or get MK Dons up for another local-ish game (even though I'm stuck up in Scotland).
On another note who would welcome prefer to lose from the League One playoff teams?
Bolton, Barnsley, Peterborough, and Oxford.
I'd like to see Oxford promoted so we're not going to that god-awful stadium next season.

Doncaster, as I've only been to Belle Vue and not their new ground. That said, as away days go, not the most appealing!

Anyone but MK Dons, even though it's local.
Personally having a few Yorkshire sides is good for me, gives me an excuse to go 'home' for the weekend and have a few beers with mates.
Donny is a pretty boring away day but Barnsley is decent

It's funny how Doncaster Rovers have turned into a world class outfit since they benched Zane Westbrooke

A Birmingham side with Steve Bruce at the back!
Was a sterling display by us though.

I misread the head-to-head and was thinking it was in our cup run in the Newcastle year (got the dates mixed up). Was only 5 at the time in my defence 😂

Having 5 in your defence is usually a good choice 😉

The West Midlands old bill gave our several coaches a useful escort out of Brum afterwards, which was nice
